For acquirers
Browse anonymized, verified listings, apply for bidder access, and see full data rooms before you bid — free to browse, free to bid.
How the marketplace works
Every app for sale is listed publicly and anonymized first: asking price, revenue and churn metrics, deal type, and verification badges. No company name, no founder identity, no contact details — that layer is built to be found by acquisition-intent search, not to reveal who's selling.
When a listing interests you, you move through four steps to get to the real data.
Bids above reserve are binding. See /auction-rules.
- Browse anonymized, verified listings at /auctions.
- Apply for bidder access with your background and budget band.
- Get NDA'd and qualified by an admin.
- See the full data room and submit a sealed bid.
What verification means
Three badges tell you what's actually been checked, and by whom. The full published standard for each is at /verification.
- Metrics Verified — an admin has personally seen a live Stripe, RevenueCat, PAID, or GA dashboard, refreshed monthly.
- Identity Verified — government ID and LinkedIn checked by admin; never stored beyond the check, never shown, only the badge appears.
- PAID Verified — an active PAID connection confirmed on the PAID side, with Trust Fabric Passport as the underlying evidence.
Deal types
All transactions on AXIS Launch are asset sales or IP licenses. We never list equity or stock.
- Full asset sale — the buyer acquires the app outright: code, brand, customer relationships, everything.
- Exclusive license — AI apps can separate the underlying model or pipeline from the product built on it in ways traditional SaaS rarely can, so a seller can license the product exclusively while keeping the model.
- Non-exclusive license — that same separation lets a seller license the same app to more than one buyer, for different markets or use cases, while retaining the core model or pipeline.
Fees
Buyers pay nothing to browse or bid, at any deal size.
- Success fee: 8% of the closing price, invoiced to the seller at close.
- Above $250k: 7%.
- Above $1M: 6%.
- No listing fee.
Closing and escrow
All deals close via Escrow.com. We never hold funds.
After a winning bid or accepted buy-it-now, both sides sign a letter of intent, then an asset purchase agreement or license agreement from our attorney-reviewed templates. An admin then opens the Escrow.com transaction with a 7-day inspection period: the buyer funds escrow, the seller transfers the assets, and escrow releases once the buyer accepts or the window lapses.
Apply for bidder access
The application asks for your name, email, LinkedIn, entity, budget band, acquisition experience, and the categories you're targeting. An admin reviews every application personally before granting access.

FAQ
How is "verified" actually verified?
Every badge maps to one specific, published check that an admin performs personally — a live revenue-dashboard screen-share, a government ID and LinkedIn check, or a confirmed PAID connection. None of it is automated pattern-matching on self-reported numbers. The full standard for each badge is published at /verification.
Can I remain anonymous while browsing?
Yes. Every listing at /auctions is public and anonymized — company name, founder identity, and contact details stay hidden. That stays true until you request access to a specific listing, which starts the bidder application and NDA process.
Can I prove I have funds before I bid?
You can. Email a redacted bank or brokerage statement and an admin verifies it manually, then shares a "Verified up to $X" note with the seller on request. The statement itself is never stored or shown to anyone — only that number.
