Apps that connect PAID and demonstrate real traction become eligible to sell or license through an admin-mediated auction. Every deal closes via Escrow.com — we never hold funds.
Where this stands today
The directory launched first. Auctions open once apps on AXIS Launch have been PAID-connected for at least 90 days and show real traction — that has not happened yet, so there is nothing fabricated here to browse. This page will list active auctions the day the first one opens.
How it will work
- Public listings are anonymized — headline metrics, category, and deal type, never the app name until a bidder is qualified.
- Sealed bids under published rules: reserve, 5% minimum increment, 24-hour anti-sniping extension, binding bids above reserve.
- Three deal types: full asset sale, exclusive license, non-exclusive license.
- 8% success fee at close, no listing fee. Buyers pay nothing to browse or bid.
