HappyRobot builds AI voice agents for logistics, an industry that still runs on phone calls: carrier check calls, load updates, payment status, appointment scheduling, and even freight rate negotiation, handled end to end and logged into the systems brokers already use.

The technical bet is proprietary, fine-tuned voice models — text-to-speech, voice activity, end-of-turn detection — because logistics audio means heavy accents, jargon, road noise, and crosstalk that off-the-shelf voice stacks handle poorly.

By August 2026 it reported 150+ enterprise customers including DHL Supply Chain, Werner, and Schneider, a $150M raise, and expansion beyond logistics into airlines and utilities. Pricing is enterprise, by sales conversation.
